WHAT? MORE SNOW?

Of course we have snow - this is the Northeast.  It's January.  Snow is what has us scurrying home early, what propels us into crowded markets, what accompanies us to our sidewalks where we disappear inside our homes, to bake.  To cook.  To sit quietly and knit.  To watch old movies.
It's glorious.

Enjoy your snow day!

I have never once gotten to be off because of snow...somehow I always have to make it in (I only live 2 miles away).

I would love to be snowed in to enjoy all of those activities!

Reading through your blog I have to wonder why we just are BBFs?? (Best Blogging Friends) We have so much in common. I have subscribed to your blog and am looking forward to reading more.

BTW, I love the fact that the hat you just finished that is being blocked on the coffee can has a kind of "Delectable Mountains" pattern to it, the very pattern that one of my BBFs suggested I try as my next project. Total synchronicity!

We have cold. We have ice. We even have ice pellets everywhere. We do not have snow. Abby was majorly disappointed to go outside yesterday and find that the white stuff on the ground was not snow but rather ice pellets. No good for snowballs at all.
