NEVER ENOUGH RUNNERS

A Monday morning sneak peek at the latest Halloweenie project...I hope to have this on the table by mid week.  And Bella, the Halloweener Cat, will be waiting to perch on it.  Does anyone have a solid remedy to keep cats off tables?
