Hi Jody! The tulips are heavenly. I know exactly what you mean. I need tulips, daffodils, iris or hyacinth flowers this time every year as spring approaches. A shot of vibrant color after months of gray frost bitten grass and leafless trees, jumpstarts my heart and creative spark. Harley is so cute with his tennis ball! Barkley was playing tonight with his new squirrel toy. My living room looks like Romper Room at the end of the evening. He goes back and forth to his toy box all night as we watch TV, playing with one toy after another. Stuffed animals are his favorite. He carries them all over the house. Your hat is a beautiful color! I love that shade of red. I just got a magazine from Interweave Knits called "Accessories" it came out around Nov/Dec. It has some wonderful patterns for tams and berets. Many have very interesting cabling unlike anything I have ever seen. I think I am going to try and make one of them for my next project. Have a lovely and restful evening ahead! Delisa :)
ahh...I need some too flowers...tulips would be nice maybe I'll stop and fill that need and I need to finish the book I'm reading The Kitchen House ....
My little sister always has flowers in her house. Where I am living, I never have flowers. I don't think I even have a vase. I now see that that has to change. We who love fabrics and yarns and are talented with our hands and minds seem to also be inspired by petals. I see the needs to bring some into this tiny place I am living in.
