sadness

My prayer is sent up for the Sandy Hook community - to all who are affected by this senseless tragedy.   My prayer is about unconditional love.  For ourselves, for each other.

Hi Jody, this has been such a sad week. My heart and prayers are with all those in Sandy Hook as well. My thoughts keep turning toward Sandy Hook every time I sit down and have a quiet moment. It is just so heartbreaking. You have a very tender heart and I think your prayer for unconditional love is very poignant and beautiful. With Love, Delisa

Hi Jody! I was just thinking about you this morning and thought I would stop by and say hello. Barkley dog is doing much better, poor little guy scratched a big wound on his forehead about the size of a quarter. The vet thinks it may be allergy related but it is healing nicely. He is going to have to wear the "cone" for the next week. He's being a good sport about it but I know he longs to have it off. I have been working on some hat and fingerless gloves sets the past month. I finished a candy apple red set for myself to match my winter coat. I'm now making a black cap for my friend's husband. It is made with the softest merino wool. I am going on a little trip with my best friend who is flying out from California. We are going to drive up to a little town in South Carolina. We are going to stay in a bed and breakfast. They also have an awesome yarn shop. I have been saving my pennies and looking forward to seeing some lovely fiber. I hope that you have a lovely and peaceful sunday morning my friend. With Love, Delisa :)
